BCBA Student Practicum Program

Overview

Our practicum program is designed to build competency through a structured, multi-level progression that supports growth at every stage of development. Each level intentionally deepens clinical skills, increases independence, and strengthens the application of behavior-analytic principles in real-world settings. Post-graduation, students participate in a 10-week guided study group that reinforces key concepts, promotes collaboration, and prepares them for advanced clinical responsibilities.

Practicum students gain diverse, hands-on experience across service areas, including adult behavior management services, early learner programming, and clinical research. Students have access to continued development opportunities, allowing them to further refine their skills, expand their clinical impact, and continue growing within the field.
