Our main office in Bingham Farms features more than 40 individualized treatment rooms and over 15,000 square feet of therapy space with six larger play and socialization areas to provide ample opportunities to enrich personal development. Our customized therapy rooms offer the privacy required for young children to focus and grow. The clinic also features an expansive sensory room that has been tailor-made to enhance therapeutic sessions. Each of our clinical locations was designed to emphasize the interplay between technology and comfort in order to deliver the highest levels of therapy to our clients.

EFFECTIVE & EVIDENCE-BASED ABA THERAPY
Thousands of scientific research articles published over the past several decades have demonstrated the effectiveness of ABA interventions in addressing the many challenges faced by individuals on the autism spectrum, from acquiring the most basic language skills to navigating complex social environments—leading to the recognition of ABA as the standard of care for those with special needs. When implemented and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, ABA therapy is considered the single most effective way for individuals to overcome the constraints of autism and achieve their goals.

NOW OFFERING: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (OT) AND SPEECH & LANGUAGE (SLP) SERVICES
Occupational therapy is a field of health and rehabilitation for individuals of all ages to develop the skills they need to become more successful and independent in their daily lives. At Gateway, our objective is to provide your family with exceptional occupational therapy services while constantly focusing on the individual needs of your child with autism. Occupational therapy can help your child develop or strengthen their independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, toileting and self-feeding as well as other areas of functioning including: fine and gross motor skill, handwriting, social participation or normalizing sensory responses.
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy treats speech, language, cognitive, fluency, and voice skills. At Gateway, we provide optimal therapy services that stimulate receptive and expressive language skills, articulation and social pragmatic skills while using multi-modalities to increase success and independence in communication to help your child express their basic needs and wants in everyday life. Speech therapists utilize a variety of strategies and techniques in both structured and play based settings to enhance learning in a natural environment.
