Understanding Problem Behavior

Gateway’s Lansing clinic will be hosting an interactive workshop for parents and caregivers on understanding problem behavior. This event will take place November 9th from 9:00am – 11:00am. This workshop will be led by Kenzie Gatewood M.A., BCBA and Shannon Sivyer (Barber) M.A., BCBA in Gateway’s ongoing BCBA Speaker Series. Together, Kenzie and Shannon have years of experience working with clients who engage in difficult behaviors and have been successful at finding strategies to work through these circumstances. The goal of this workshop is to provide those who participate with the necessary skills to recognize why difficult behaviors are occurring, and to teach a set of solutions for a variety of difficult situations that can occur. Shannon and Kenzie are extremely passionate clinicians making this a must attend seminar. Pre-registration is required for attendance so please contact Nicolette at (248) 712-4266 or email [email protected]. We look forward to seeing you all and remember to bring questions.

Thank you and have a great week!
